mail thief, roaches, landlords who don't care

Pros

good location. very quiet street close to a few good trains.

Cons

there was a guy stealing all the mail and the landlord despite having cameras wouldn't help. also was very slow to make repairs for water damage (top floor apt) and it was poorly repaired when they got around to it. lots of roaches.

Advice to the owners

at least pretend to care about your tenants. the people working at the office are sweet but the higher ups have literally stared blankly at me and ignored everything i said.

Not the worst, far from great.

Pros

- management is quick to make repairs (only the ones they see fit)

Cons

- ceiling was leaky and produced a ton of mold in our closet and bathroom - the front doorknob is constantly breaking - there is a bad roach infestation - there is a mail thief living in the building and the managers refuse to install cameras or do anything to deal with this, basically told us to deal with it
