great living experience
Pros
management is super responsive and maintenance is easy to get scheduled on your phone. apartments are spacious and well maintained. the grounds around the apartments are well cared for by gardeners and staff. really great spot to live.
Cons
the laundry machines sometimes had issues but maintenance would replace them if you complained about them.
Advice to the owners
if the rent was lower I’d love to stay! it’s a wonderful apartment.

positive stuytown experience
Pros
stuytown is organized and has a lot of systems in place so whenever we had an issue it was handled promptly
Cons
because of all the systems, sometimes our requests would get lost in the rules of it all
