Former tenant·12 hours ago

Great if you don’t like heat or getting repairs made

Pros

Neighbors are nice

Cons

Poor heat in winter, no pest control, very difficult to get any repairs done, building manager is unbelievably cheap (will not buy lids for garbage cans for example).

Advice to the owners

Get a new building manager bc David is an idiot. He’s clearly too lazy to efficiently manage a building.

Pros

The neighbors are all amazing, which is incredibly rare in Brooklyn

Cons

The landlord sucks. Very irresponsive
