Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Christine Kielmanowicz show a mixed management experience. Tenants often highlight decent-sized units with some renovations and generally responsive landlord communication, particularly at certain addresses. However, issues such as pest infestations, inconsistent heating, weak water pressure, and noise complaints are recurrent. Garbage management and building cleanliness vary widely across properties. Several renters report ongoing construction disruptions and challenges with deposit returns. While some tenants praise promptness and kindness, others describe the management as unresponsive, occasionally unreasonable, or prone to miscommunication. Prospective renters should anticipate variable maintenance quality and recommend vigilance in inspecting units upfront.

Great apartment but has quirks

Pros

Apartment is big, relatively good price

Cons

Roaches, all old

Advice to the owners

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

decent unit, but bad water pressure, walls, and mgmt

Pros

the unit itself was decently remodeled and clean.

Cons

water pressure sucks huge ass. thin walls. construction was still ongoing spring 2022. “management” took over 1/3 of my security deposit for “cleaning, painting and prepping” even though i left it quite clean. i did break my lease, but “management” took that opportunity to raise rent over $300/mo. i didn’t have time to do a walk through but i would recommend you do so to make sure you get your entire deposit back.
