Great location and neighborhood Apartments are spacious and the rent is reasonable for the area Heat works well Owner and super are usually good at responding to issues
Cons:
Older building Paper thin walls Creaky floors Packages get stolen frequently

Pros:
The live-in Super is really responsive and will usually get someone up to fix any issues within a day or two. The neighbors are really nice and it's a sweet little community in the building. The building owner is very responsive via email. The building itself is perfectly located for access to the Village and the subway.
Cons:
The landlord can definitely be rude. Our packages get stolen every single week if you leave them in the lobby for more than a day. And the landlord is not willing to help in protecting packages from being stolen. On weekends there can be a fair amount of noise from the bar below. The lobby and common areas could definitely be better cleaned/maintained.

Pros:
The super is really responsive and usually gets someone to fix the issue the next day. The neighbors are generally very friendly and have lived here a long time. The apartments are spacious and well priced. Pest control is very well managed.
