The super assaulted a resident
Former Tenant
Pros:
When the live-in super is not harassing or assaulting residents and when you don't have to worry about the management gaslighting tenants you can enjoy the location of the building
Cons:
The super assaulted a resident then was asked to return to work before even the first court date, despite an open order of protection against the super. Do not live here under any circumstances.
Advice to owner:
1. find a super who will not assault people
2. find a super who will not harass people
3. actually listen to your residents when they have genuine concerns
