No free heat - thermostat
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in building
Cons:
Unsafe, break ins, unsafe neighborhood, loud cuz of trains right outside no fire alarms, bell broken, floors are ancient
Advice to owner:
Have a heart. Stop being slumlords. If you charge rent make sure building is safe and clean & answer to maintenance calls
