Great little building
Pros
The building is quiet, and the heat during the winter is amazing. The neighborhood is changing hopefully for the better. Little to no crime on the block.
Cons
The building isn’t swept and mopped as much as it used to. It’s never dirty, also it could be due to apartments being repaired and renovated.
Advice to the owners
Please mop a little bit more. Otherwise don’t change anything else.
