It’s a nice building
Pros
I like that they clean regularly and there are air fresheners around. The super is very responsive and pleasant. My apartment is always quiet. I couldn’t tell that I had any neighbors for months.
Cons
I don’t like that there’s never a time when all of the washers and dryers are working. The laundry room seems too small for a building this size.
Advice to the owners
Nothing. It’s a solid building and maintained well.
