Reviews

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Nice place, would recommend.

Pros

Brand new building, new appliances, spacious. Security Cameras. Rooftop access. Responsive landlord.

Cons

One shared washer and dryer for entire building. Subway and supermarket a bit far. Shared entrance pin code.

Advice to the owners

Create unique pin code for each apartment unit. The single pin code for everyone is not safe as people who move out or visit that have the code can continue to access the building.
