Illegal cellar spaces flood in heavy rains, landlord is committing several kinds of fraud, landlord does not keep their word.

Advice to the owners

Stop building illegal units. Don't commit fraud by leaving them out of tax declarations and exemptions.

overall enjoyed our time here - super was responsive for issues, appliances were all new and had no issues, neighbors were good
