Tenants association corruption get paid off for apt to under the table $
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and close to City Hall and Little Italy
Cons:
. The management is attempting to fill vacant apartments, yet many remain unoccupied. This situation raises concerns about housing discrimination, as certain practices here seem unjust. For instance, couples are not allowed to live together, which is quite restrictive. Additionally, there are allegations of under-the-table payments being accepted.

Furthermore, the process for non-Asian applicants appears to be unnecessarily complicated. Historically, this community has predominantly housed Asian residents, and even now, non-Asians face significant barriers when trying to secure an apartment.
Advice to owner:
Stop lying to tenants and HUD, HUD should be taking over and watch management
