Safe & Well Managed Apartments (3BR for 3 Years)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated. Clean. Felt Safe. Landlord was nice. You can pay rent online. Quiet street.
Cons:
It was a little difficult to get things fixed.. the super wasn't very responsive. He was nice, just hard to get ahold of. Also, the door to the rooftop was nailed shut which I'm pretty sure is a fire hazard.
Advice to owner:
Find a way to make it easier for tenants to get ahold of someone to get things fixed.
