Live in super Package room Clean Not noisy
Cons
No in unit w/d Right next to a school so you have screaming children all day starting at 8:30 Be careful of renting with individual owners, you don’t have a ton of protection from them

Good value for money in prime EV
Pros
Clean, very responsive management, monthly exterminator for pest control but never had any issues. Good middle ground of walkup affordability with some perks (elevator, virtual doorman, laundry on every floor!).
Cons
Market rate rent increases (i.e. 8-10% per year), amenities not always functional (laundry/trash chute out of order ~40% of the time)
