Definite Pros and Cons

Pros

Great Super, location is close to lots of subways, quiet neighbors

Cons

Packages consistently stolen, have lost heat/hot water for at least a few days every year, poor response time from landlord, typical pest issues but slow response about getting an exterminator was difficult.

Advice to the owners

I think a true virtual doorman would be very useful for the package stealing control
