Super is great, building is old

Pros

The super was extremely responsive and helpful. It is a generally a quiet building but the walls are very thin. You can hear someone sneeze in the apartment next door.

Cons

Had issues with mice and roaches. One of my neighbors had a very smelly apartment which infected the whole floor. Not much the super/owner could do about it. It is an older building so it is not the cleanest but they do clean regularly.

Advice to the owners

The elevator could use an upgrade.
