The building try’s to control cockroaches by coming to spray each apartment once a month. My apartment is pretty renovated and decent for a Brooklyn apartment. Close to the train and supermarkets.
Cockroaches Outside noise in the morning Parking is brutal (Brooklyn in general but this area specifically)
