Decent but Pricy and Loud

Pros

Good layouts, good amenities, nice rooftop, no major issues

Cons

The south side (I think, the side facing metropolitan) is insanely loud. During the day it's okay but many trucks drive through at 3-5am that are so loud just existing. Had to pay to install blinds too
