I’ve been happy here

Pros

Capable super, largely responsive Garbage area well-maintained Laundry room is clean Not too much noise in building Friendly tenants Good heat and hot water Rent stabilized

Cons

Smells travel up through radiators or up around radiator pipes (tenant below me smokes cigarettes) Landlord office is not very responsive

Beware of 92 Morningside Avenue

Pros

We had a great building that was well ran but management wanted to cut costs and let the Super go.

Cons

No one onsite and things falling apart. Lease over soon and out of here. Management does not listen to the tenants or care. This is a big building an all done remote.
