Pretty big apartment

Pros:
Big living room, separated kitchen, high ceilings, pet friendly
Cons:
Too hot in the winter, pretty noisy, can hear neighbors, no laundry

Pros:
Bedroom was facing the back so it was quiet
Maintenance was quick to respond and didn't mind wearing shoe covers when entering our apartment
Cons:
Heat was too strong and couldn't easily control

nice building on a noisy street

Pros:
the apartments are extremely nice and the owner is responsive to repair issues etc.
the neighbors are fine -- I never see them
Cons:
lexington ave. is extremely loud. the noise is constant
Advice to owner:
they're doing a good job. They responded to my repair request immediately.
