The only thing I like about my apartment is the unobstructed view ,no building is blocking it.

Building management responses. Please be aware that the building elevator break down every year and it’s usually more than a week. First year living here, the elevator was out for about three months. The staircase is only meant for emergency use.

The super is what makes this building

Pros

Mario the the super is an absolute gem. This building would literally fall apart without him. He keeps the trash rooms, gym, hallways, and common spaces so clean. Whenever we have issues with anything in the apartment he helps out immediately.

Cons

The building management company (Choice NY) only cares about getting as much money as they can from their tenants. They raise the rent drastically every single year
