Great building, staff, and location

Pros

The doormen are all amazing Trash and general building management is top notch Maintenance requests are responded to in usually less than a day Location is unbeatable

Cons

Occasionally AC has broken for the entire building. They work to try and fix it soon, but it does happen and can be challenging. Have had occasional hot water issues
