If you like staying up all night and u r addicted to drugs this place is Perfect
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pre war charm
Cons:
All neighbors are either drug attics or miserable failure boomers who think since they got here in the 90’s that they own the place. Ironically none of them are successful enough to have ever bought a place, and lived out their prime in an underwhelming fashion and now are stuck in these rat infested apartment shacks. U will never have a conversation with any neighbors unless they are complaining about you or the guys who smoke angel dust or K2 and hotbox the vestibule. Certainly your mailbox will be broken into religiously. Your packages will be gone if bigger than the mailbox. Paper thin walls. Stompers up and down the stairs. Your oven will smell like rat piss. Landlord is afraid to come to the building due to the guys that run the hallways. US Marshall’s raided the building once and the police are always there. You will be asked for money every time u walk in or out of your door. (In the hallway)
Advice to owner:
Stop the illegal subletting and get control of the open air drug bazaar.
