Great Location- poor landlord organization

Pros

- Location is great (near Prospect Park and Seventh Ave) - Near a Subway - Large update bathroom - In Unit Washer and Dryer - most neighbors are friendly

Cons

- The landlord is bad at communicating - Slow response times from Landlord, they are very disorganized - Cockroaches in the building -- We would keep our apartment spotless and they'd still show up

Advice to the owners

Work on better communication and organization
