Great apartment, great area
Pros
As my 3 year tenure here draws to a close, I can’t help thinking about how much I’m going to miss. The location is awesome. The neighbors are lovely and friendly. Rent stabilized. Great price with very fair increases. And entryways are well maintained.
Cons
Would see the occasional cockroach or ant. But really not bad at all, and I have a low tolerance for that sort of thing. Management is a little disorganized. We had a few issues with the water but they replaced the tank and it was better.
Advice to the owners
Be a little more responsive / organized? You have a system for sending complaints now but the super still takes ages.
