Great, small building.
Pros
The building was recently renovated and some of the apartments have original fire places/brick. The owner is very sweet and very responsive to all questions/concerns, and genuinely wants the best for his tenants.
Cons
I mean the apartments weren’t necessarily renovated PERFECTLY but it’s a multi family in Bushwick, and it’s very cute. Main entry way is unfinished.
Advice to the owners
Maybe just spruce up the entryway and finish painting it.
