terrible management, good price

low cost apartments in prime upper east side location
Cons
super is unresponsive Property owned by Verco and their owner is honestly the rudest person I've ever interacted with Trash chute always backs up and will take weeks to be repaired Have had to call 311 due to pests and noise concerns that the management would not address
Advice to the owners
Don't try to do illegal things
