I lived there in 2019 and the immediate surrounding area was a little lacking in establishments

Great landlord, fantastic super, lovely neighborhood!

Pros

Great location. Always very clean. Repairs done in a timely manner. The landlord actually cares and the super is lovely.

Cons

There were noisy neighbors for a little while but that was it.
