Perfect UWS apartment
Pros
The doormen and maintenance guy are wonderful. The building has spacious apartments and pretty good appliances.
Cons
The building is definitely pre-war and very dated. Theres also lead poisoning warnings maybe from the paint.
Advice to the owners
None, it’s a good place to live 8/10

Pros
The door people are friendly and make sure packages don’t get stolen or whatnot. Trash is picked up from outside of apartment door. Always clean and quiet.
Cons
You have to go to the basement to do laundry and the elevator needs a specific key to go back up. I don’t think there are stairs to the basement either. Also, there is no access to the rooftop. Paint in the bathroom peeling of the wall.

Make the building more accessible
