Former tenant·12 hours ago

Beware of centennial properties

Pros

Gorgeous, recently renovated appliances & interior. Architecture of the building is renovated but still keeps it's unique charm. The actual building maintenance workers/guys who operate the day-to-day are great, just inhibited by a terrible management company

Cons

Centennial properties is awful - they don't care at all about their tenants and it's blatantly obvious they will cut costs at any corner they find, neglect the basic rights of the tenants and continue to just be the ultimate slum lords with no repercussions

Advice to the owners

Just try giving like, 1/1000 of a crap about the tenants living in the apartments. (this is to centennial properties, not the actual workers who maintain the buildings)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pros

The private rooftop

Cons

Rats, mice in apartment, 5 floor walk up, criminal landlord, no hot water
