Just Don't Move Here

Pros

If you get a renovated apartment your heat is not reliant on the landlord.

Cons

Many bugs - my cat killed 2 mice. Landlord is HORRIFIC. Will not actually fix anything unless you complain every single day. And even then you cant guarantee he will do anything meaningful. He expects your payment to be swift and on time but left me without heat in the winter. Many of the tenants who've lived there for 15 years don't have heat or hot water at times. I wish someone told me to not move here. and i still haven't gotten my security deposit back. Building has been in foreclosure for a year, owner Henry Gold is giving slumlord

Advice to the owners

Henry Gold is a terrible building owner, 0/10 do not recommend
