I would look somewhere else

Pros:
- The rent is cheaper, considering it’s in Manhattan.
Cons:
- There is little to no hot water in the winter
- Cockroaches and rats run rampant in this building. It doesn’t matter if you keep your space clean, they will get through the cracks from other apts.
- The walls are super thin, you can hear your neighbors speak and even flush the toilet.
- You can hear your upstair neighbor’s every move.
- Ceilings rip and sometimes drip water.
Advice to owner:
Please listen to your tenants when they have an issue and respond to it accordingly.
