Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by C2R Management indicate significant concerns regarding cleanliness, management responsiveness, and maintenance issues. Many renters report persistent pest problems and inadequate heat, while the overall condition of the buildings seems poorly maintained. While some tenants appreciate the location and dimensions of their apartments, the feedback on management is overwhelmingly negative, citing neglectful practices and lack of communication. Despite a few positive remarks on individual superintendents, the consensus warns potential renters about unaddressed issues and inconsistent management, making the overall experience unsatisfactory in many instances.

Pros

Kind neighborhood, beautiful area.

Cons

Building is crumbling, heat is not consistently provided, landlord is negligent.

C2R Management is NOGO

Pros

The idea of an e-management system for apartment maintenance was initially good. However, the actual implementation is destroying the whole concept. I would recommend that they hire somebody talented to make it as good as they initially wanted it to be.

Cons

It seems that they consistently refuse to bear the cost of the apartment not being maintained in the agreed-upon condition, yet if you are the one who makes a mistake, you are obligated to cover the entire amount owed.

Advice to the owners

The idea of an e-management system for apartment maintenance was initially good. However, the actual implementation is completely undermining the original concept. I would suggest they hire a talented individual to bring it up to the standard they initially envisioned. Also, it's important to remember that not all teenagers are the same. Consider who you are speaking with; perhaps they aren't the type of person you assume everyone around you is.
