Great Location, Subpar Apartment
Pros
They recently took the time to remove these old, dirty carpets throughout the hallways and repainted our doors. Abe is very responsive and easy to get in contact with for fixes.
Cons
One winter the gas broke and the whole building had no heat or hot water. They handed out small space heaters and hot plates for free, but we went a week without hot water or heat. Once the gas was fixed, they removed our 2 washers and dryers in the basement and had us going across the street to our sister building to do laundry in their basement.

Cons
Very unresponsive management. They try to avoid fixing things and blame you so you have to pay for it even things that are their responsibility. The supers here are always u professional.
