Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Adam Jernow indicates well-maintained and newly renovated units with desirable features such as in-unit washers, dryers, and modern appliances. Heating is consistently ratedhighly, providing comfort during colder months. However, there are recurring concerns about poor garbage management, cleanliness, and occasional pest sightings, particularly on the lower floors. Several tenants note a decline in responsiveness and communication from the current property management, which has negatively impacted their experience. While neighbors and noise levels are generally acceptable, improvements in management attentiveness and upkeep of common areas would significantly enhance resident satisfaction.

Living in a trash can
Former Tenant
Pros:
I has a washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher. New appliances
Cons:
The garbage is DISGUSTING. You literally have to walk through it on the first floor to get inside. Management doesn’t give AF. Have seen rodents on the first floor
Advice to owner:
Do better
