Fantastic place to live

Pros

Great location, friendly and helpful super, excellent cleanliness, lovely details in apartment, great neighbors, access to laundry in basement

Cons

Some inconsistency with weather the machines in the laundry room worked but a fairly minor quibble overall

Good Starter Apartment

Pros

Building is well marinated despite its age Serious issues handled quickly Charming area New verizon internet is a big quality of life improvement

Cons

Laundry machines prone to breaking and little follow up from management to confirm when repairs are done, often broken machines are just plugged back into to fleece more money out of tenants. elevator is slow and requires you to pull open a heavy door to enter, often fine but tough if you are carrying alot

Advice to the owners

Improve transparency with tenants when addressing building level issues, follow up as issues are addressed with concrete updates of progress and when possible provide proof that repairs are underway or complete
