Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

I’d you enjoy living in a freezer.

Pros

Good looking Appartment’s with nice layout.

Cons

The biggest con is how little management cares about anything. If you have a problem, you are lucky if it will get fixed in 3 months. Extremely cold building. Your electricity bills will be extremely high during the winter, but you still will be sleeping in a hat. A lot of water problems. Leaks!

Advice to the owners

Demolish and build a proper building that’s up to code.

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Stay far away!

Pros

-Units have great lighting -Duplex apartments -Dishwasher -HVAC system

Cons

-LEAKS EVERYWHERE!!! They can’t even figure out what’s causing them so there’s no hope for repair. Property management company is extremely unresponsive and slow to address maintenance issues. -Building is poorly maintained, trash stays in basement for days, washing machines are filthy. -Walk up
