Pros
Landlord very responsive to things like light bill replacement, toilet broken, broken dishwasher, etc. Best location ever. Can’t beat it. Bike rack is great
Cons
Mold in shower Garbage room is well managed and taken out often, but it is disgusting

Cons
The landlord is actively trying to scam my roommate. I don't know how he was chosen from the three of us, but he has decided to fabricate a lie that my roommate hasn't paid rent for over six months and owes more than $13,000, even though my roommate has bank statements showing that he has paid every month. We've also had plenty of issues with the apartment itself, which go unresolved (e.g. doors that don't close properly, terrible heat in the bedrooms).
Advice to the owners
Don't try to scam your tenants!
