Carlo Careddu

Tenant feedback on properties managed by Carlo Careddu indicates significant concerns regarding management responsiveness and overall maintenance of the buildings. Many residents report serious issues like pest infestations, water outages, and cleanliness problems, with management often slow to address requests. While some apartments offer spacious layouts and attractive views, the prevalent noise disturbances and unkempt common areas detract from the living experience. Positive remarks focus on the functionality of amenities and the friendliness of certain staff, but the consensus suggests potential renters approach with caution due to ongoing maintenance and communication issues.
