Great Building with Nice Character

Pros

- Industrial loft style building. 12-14 foot ceilings, exposed brick, cool steel beams - Quiet building - Nice neighbors - Large bedroom - Decent closet space - Huge windows - Amazon Locker - Gym & Rooftop - Washer & dryer in building - No live in super, but building management is responsive to issues - solid windows & doors that keep noise out

Cons

- The surrounding blocks can get dirty at times and there are some homeless people around - The walls in the common areas need a fresh coat of paint. (Lived here for 3 years) - AC units are okay. They can be a bit loud, and heating in the winter can get expensive - They don't give residents access to the building via a code, so you have to use your key fob. - On a busy street, so if your windows are facing the street, traffic can be loud - Location: far walk to train lines

Advice to the owners

Keep up the great service to Tenants. Keep the building affordable. Paint the walls, Improve the common spaces: lobby area, gym, & Rooftop.
