Cute, but very cheaply flipped

Pros

Neighbors are friendly. Location is okay, on a little side street. The apartments are all very recently remodeled, so they look great, and the appliances are all new and nice.

Cons

Roaches. Also, the very recent remodeling was pretty cheaply done: after a year, floors will warp, walls will crack, every surface will have chips and dings. Also, NYPD is always hanging out nearby acting shady.

There is a new superintendent every few months. The building management/maintenance takes forever to fix the apartment. Many Rodents throughout the building. The heat barely works during the winter.
