- COCKROACHES. My roommate and I worked for months to vanquish our cockroaches and we finally succeeded, but it took a lot of time and energy and the property owner wasn't particularly helpful - The rental company, Sackman, ghosted us when we tried to negotiate our lease renewal
Incredible Apartment
Pros
Loved this apartment! I lived here for two years and never had a problem. There’s laundry on the top floor and my unit had a dishwasher. The super Alex is incredible, he always fixed anything within 24 hours and was just a great guy. They had a free exterminator every month and if ANYONE saw a bug everyone had to have the exterminator in their building.
Cons
My kitchen was shafted, the living room had no natural light, no central AC, no elevator
Advice to the owners
Install central AC!
