Rodent issues, do not recommend!
Pros
Large space and exposed brick walls.
Cons
Numerous units across the building have experienced issues with mice infestations, likely because we're located right above a restaurant and right in downtown New Haven. Each apartment seems to have a different owner, but mine was completely unresponsive and hostile. Countless mice entered in from our kitchen, ran across our apartment leaving droppings (and same was the case for the tenant before us). Large space and seems like value for money but absolutely not. The building's so-called extermination company was largely unresponsive, and were never actually able to resolve the issue for us.
