No heat for months
Pros
The rent is cheap.
Cons
Everything. I would rather pay more rent than live in these conditions. No heat or hot water for 3 months now, even though we have called 311 numerous times. There is a rat infestation. I have young children who are staying home and we have to put pots of water in the oven to provide warmth. They JUST recently brought us electric heaters but I pay the electricity. Do not move here.
Advice to the owners
Be less selfish
