Quiet neighbors
Regular garbage pick up
Cons:
Slow response from super
Dated building
Loud pipes
Hot water and heat issues
Dirty water issues due to old pipes
Advice to owner:
Address tenants issues in a more timely manner and provide updates on maintenance issues. Also would of been good to show you cared about your tenants during a major pandemic.
