Clean building, well kept. Quiet. Polite neighbors. Never broken elevator. Fast acting super

Cons

Almost NON EXISTENT heat during winter months. Old building that runs on pipes and they turn the heat on for 1 hour once a day in 20 degree temps. 311 won’t do anything about it even though they do come out to check it out. I’ve been here 5 years and winter months electric bill for my 2bed is $500 every single month because of space heaters.

Advice to the owners

Be proactive to request during winter months and heat. Also, when a tenant asks for new appliances please deliver.
