Pretty nice place to live

Pros

- owner/maintenance is very responsive - exposed brick - central AC + radiators -

Cons

- hallways are definitely a bit musty, occasional stench (but is fixed when flagged) - the odd roach but nothing crazy - not a single closet in the entire apartment

Location was great, and the set up was nice.

The hallway was always dirty.

Get a consistent super to clean the halls.
