Short & Maybe Not so Sweet

Pros:
It’s a location is idle for my family
Cons:
I don’t like a lot about the building. For starters my family has grown and I am able to move into a bigger apartment, but also can’t break my lease to live somewhere a little more comfortable
Advice to owner:
Definitely should come and speak with tenants
