Short & Maybe Not so Sweet

Pros

It’s a location is idle for my family

Cons

I don’t like a lot about the building. For starters my family has grown and I am able to move into a bigger apartment, but also can’t break my lease to live somewhere a little more comfortable

Definitely should come and speak with tenants

Very quiet place

Quiet neighborhood, older neighbors, beautiful landscaping , near park and golf course

Cons

Pool out of service for 2 years in a row, no access to a grocery or convenience store n
