Sweet Units, Excellent Location, 0/10 Management
Pros
Adorable, well laid out units in an unbeatable location. Friendly neighbors, proximity to trains, laundry, grocery stores and the park.
Cons
The landlord leaves a LOT to be desired. She is very hands off which has its perks. The downside is repairs take forever to be addressed and then are haphazardly taken care of (often set to happen again). Because of this approach the building is slowly falling into disrepair. I am currently in the process of moving out of the building following a fire in January 2025 - the building has a vacate order placed on it at this time and has had no water or electricity since. It's June and the landlord has not even initiated the repairs process - 16 units including several housing families with young children have been displaced.
