Living at Sirkus Court!

Pros:
High ceilings, Location, Mini Garden.
Cons:
No Elevators, No Laundry Room, Thin Walls. Delivered packages may get missing.
Advice to owner:
Get proper: Cleaning personnel to clean lobby and staircases on each floor.Exterminator to decrease Roach infestation. . Superintendent almost never available.

Old super was a God compared to our new one

It's warm in the winter
Cons:
Super leaves to another job at 4 pm also mops once a year. Had the same peace of mail in front of my door for the past 9 months
Advice to owner:
Get a new full time super. I pay my rent for a reason
